Frequently asked questions
How do I get set up when I bring my own modem? If you are transferring from another ISP your modem should connect with us automatically. There may be some exceptions where manual setup is required. Head here for more info.
What happens if there is an issue with my modem? We are unable to offer Wi-Fi support for modems not supplied by Slingshot but you are welcome to rent a modem at a later stage if you need to!
How do I know if my modem is compatible? If you are already using your modem on the same technology (fibre, or ADSL) there shouldn’t be any issues with compatibility!
